Amanda Johnson fell in love with the magic of balloons in the mid-90s, when she helped a friend who owned local party store. She saw firsthand how a simple bouquet of balloons could completely transform the mood of a table, and soon she was sharing her balloon creations with family and friends. Everybody smiles when they see balloons!

Amanda’s versatile balloon designs can span wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling, express humor or elegance, with colors and motifs that will carry your eye all over the room.

Balloons are not only transformational, but they can tell a story. They resonate with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Balloons can convey a variety of messages, ranging from a cheery little pick-me-up to major rites of passage.

Amanda has completed the regorous testing to be acheive her Certified Balloon Artist distinction (CBA). Having passed multiple written tests, five practical exams and an in person interview Amanda has a standard of excellence that sets her apart. 

Amanda is on the Board of Directors of the Syosset Woodbury Chamber of Commerce. 

Amanda is a part of the Qualatex Balloon Network of International Decor Professionals.  

Amanda and her talented Balloon Crew team work on private and corporate, events and celebrations, in any sized space, indoors or out, and with most budgets, to elevate your event to new heights. Balloons by Amanda regularly serves the North Shore, Gold Coast community (Eastern Nassau and Western Suffolk counties).
